What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

Draft. This page describes our intent in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed as a legal document and does not replace one. If you need reviewed terms for a procurement process, contact us.

What this covers

This notice covers information collected through this website and through SarvaSuite products used by our customers. Customers remain responsible for the personal data they hold in their own workspace; we process it on their instructions.

Information from this website

If you send an enquiry, we keep what you submitted so we can reply. We measure aggregate site usage to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell information collected here, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Information inside a workspace

Data your team enters into SarvaSuite belongs to your organisation. Access is governed by the roles and permissions you configure. We access it only where necessary to operate or support the service, and where support access is used it is recorded in the audit trail.

Consent and preferences

Where SarvaSuite records marketing consent, that preference is stored once on the customer profile and applied across the products in your workspace rather than being collected separately by each one.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will tell you what is possible and how long it will take.
