Scope
These terms will govern access to SarvaSuite products and this website. Where a signed agreement exists between your organisation and SarvaSuite, that agreement takes precedence.
Availability of products
Products are labelled as available, early access or in development. Early access products are provided as working software with the expectation that behaviour may change. Products in development are not available and nothing on this site should be read as a commitment to a delivery date.
Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of the data it puts into SarvaSuite. We do not use it to build features for other customers.
Acceptable use
SarvaSuite may not be used to send unsolicited messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or in ways that breach applicable law in the jurisdictions you operate in.
